Bacchetti became the clubs first ever goal scorer when he tallied in the spring season opener 3/6/05 vs. Blitz in a 3-3 draw. Bacchetti struggled through the spring season failing to find the net again. Fall however was a different story for Bacchetti. He led the team in scoring (8 goals) becoming the only player to record 2 hat-tricks in one season 10/2/05 vs. Bear Sky and 10/30/05 vs. Alliance and also produced an outstanding 2 goal performance @ DTU with a late strike to give the ten man Athletics a memorable victory. The fiery Italian also led the team in Red Cards(2) over the course of a ten game season, and was once so bold as to argue with an official after being awarded a penalty.
