Kern or "Dr. T" (No relation to Mr. T) was acquired in what has become known as "The Great Dr. Acquisition of 2006" along with fellow Dr., Dr. Brian Macha (both signed from D1 side Boulder FC). Among Kerns shining achievements are puking beers in front of pre-schoolers, catching a world record 31 inches of air in a Toyota Corolla, and breaking a drier by hiding inside of it, to name a few. Kern a hard-nosed, blue collar player is the type of addition that could help the club lift its first Division 3 crown.
